User Responsibilities:

To maintain a seamless working relationship, clients are expected to:

•    Provide clear and complete instructions for each project, including tone, format, word count, and target audience.
•    Communicate revision requests promptly within the allowed timeframe.
•    Ensure that any materials, references, or content provided do not infringe on third-party rights.
•    Use the content ethically and in compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations.

Namaste Writers is not responsible for any misuse of the content once it has been delivered.

Writer Engagement & Independent Contractor Status

•      Writers engaged through Namaste Writers operate as independent contractors, not employees.  
•    Writers are solely responsible for their own taxes, licenses, and business expenses.  
•    Namaste Writers does not dictate work hours, tools, or methods beyond the agreed-upon project requirements.

Quality Assurance & Plagiarism Policy

•    All content delivered is original, thoroughly researched, and plagiarism-free.
•    We use plagiarism detection tools and manual checks to ensure uniqueness.  
•    Clients are encouraged to review and proofread content before publishing.

If plagiarism is detected after delivery, we will revise or replace the content as necessary.

Payment Terms

•       All payments must be made upfront or according to the agreed project milestones.
•       Payments must be processed through the Namaste Writers platform or other designated payment methods.
•       Late or incomplete payments may result in delays, suspension, or termination of services.
•       No content ownership is transferred until full payment is received.

Revisions & Refunds

Revision Policy

• We offer limited free revisions to ensure the final content aligns with client expectations. \
• Revision requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the content.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered only in cases of:

• Non-delivery of content.
• Significant deviation from the original brief.
• Missed deadlines due to Namaste Writers’ fault.

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Changes in project scope after delivery.
• Minor dissatisfaction that does not align with the provided brief.
• Delays caused by client-side revisions or approvals.

All refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of content delivery.

Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

•     Upon full payment, clients own 100% of the rights to the content.
•     Namaste Writers and its writers waive any claim to the content after ownership is transferred.
•     Clients may use the content for any legal commercial, personal, or promotional purpose.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

•     We respect client confidentiality and do not disclose any project details to third parties.
•     Any client-provided materials, project briefs, and business information are treated as strictly confidential.
•     Our team follows secure data management practices to ensure the protection of sensitive information.

Limitation of Liability

Namaste Writers is not liable for:

• Any losses incurred from the use of delivered content.
• Errors or inaccuracies after content has been accepted and published.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from content use.

Clients should review content for accuracy before publishing.

Termination & Service Modification

Termination Policy

Namaste Writers reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate services if a client violates these terms (e.g., non-payment, misuse, or plagiarism).
• Discontinue a project if mutual agreement cannot be reached.

Clients may cancel services before the project begins, but any partial payments made may be retained for time spent on research or preparation.

Modification of Terms

•     Namaste Writers reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
•     Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates.
•     Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Dispute Resolution

•     Any disputes arising out of these terms will first be addressed through negotiation.
•     If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to legal arbitration as per applicable laws.
